Established in 2017, we have proudly served as a pillar of support throughout Peel Region, Halton Region, and Waterloo / Kitchener Region. As an established Community Services Centre in Brampton serving nearby areas, we offer inclusive, results-driven programmes that empower individuals and families to achieve lasting stability and independence.
We operate across Peel Region covering Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga; Halton Region including Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Halton Hills; and the broader Waterloo and Kitchener areas. In every location, our mission remains consistent: to create opportunities, strengthen resilience, and empower communities through meaningful support.

W.A.Y. serves as an integrated support centre providing services customised to varied community requirements. Whether someone is a newcomer seeking guidance, a youth exploring career pathways, or a family facing housing challenges, our centre provides coordinated and holistic support.
Our presence as a Community Services Centre in Caledon, Community Services Centre in Mississauga, Community Services Centre in Oakville, Community Services Centre in Burlington, and Community Services Centre in Halton Hills ensures that individuals across regions have access to consistent, high-quality services. By linking housing services, employment preparation, newcomer assistance, and health referrals, our integrated model creates a unified pathway to long-term stability.
Newcomer Settlement Services
Welcoming newcomers across all supported regions is central to our work. As a specialised newcomer and immigrant support centre, we recognise the challenges individuals encounter when establishing themselves in a new country.
We offer interpretation support, cultural education, settlement planning, and guidance through essential public services. Our goal is to ensure newcomers transition smoothly, integrate confidently, and establish strong foundations for long-term success. Through personalised case management and community connections, individuals gain clarity, confidence, and practical direction during a critical life transition.
Workforce and Skills Advancement
Creating lasting employment pathways requires confidence, education, and meaningful opportunity. Our career guidance services support participants in defining goals, leveraging strengths, and cultivating competencies that meet workforce demands.
Our programmes include employability training, essential life skills education, interview coaching, and structured mentoring. By connecting individuals to meaningful job opportunities and skill-building pathways, we promote long-term economic independence. Our youth-focused initiatives nurture leadership qualities, adaptability, and effective workplace communication. Housing and Shelter Services

Through coordinated collaboration with community partners, we expand housing opportunities and remove Community Services Centre in Caledon systemic barriers. With structured case support and achievable goal planning, we assist individuals in transitioning from uncertainty to lasting stability. We acknowledge that housing stability is closely linked to employment prospects, health outcomes, and social inclusion.
Community Wellness Initiatives
Reliable access to health and wellness services underpins long-term stability. Our community health initiatives connect individuals to local providers, wellness resources, and mental health support pathways.
We deliver educational workshops centred on mental health awareness, proactive care, and positive social engagement. By combining referrals, structured workshops, and collaborative partnerships, we strengthen overall well-being.
